In the event that the product you received does not satisfy you for any reason, you can return it (and your money will be refunded by deposit to your bank account), or exchange it.
Changes and returns are made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the products you wish to return or exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been worn beyond testing, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. Also any tags that come with the product should be there, exactly as they were when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail sales receipt or invoice.

For returns, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer.
For changes, the cost of return and subsequent shipping of the product amounts to 6 euros (if it is sent with ELTA Courier) and is charged to the buyer upon receipt of the replacement product. Otherwise you can return it in any way you wish at your own expense and when you receive the replacement product you pay 3 euros for shipping costs.
